We carefully select our suppliers based on their sustainability credentials. From Arthur David’s reduced plastic initiatives to Origin Butchers’ commitment to high-welfare meat, we ensure that every ingredient meets our ethical standards. We also prioritise sustainable seafood choices from UK waters.

Our chefs meticulously plan portions to minimise food waste, and any unavoidable waste is recycled or composted. We avoid single-use plastics, instead opting for compostable alternatives or reusable serviceware whenever possible.

We are working towards transitioning to electric vehicles and are mindful of our energy consumption, integrating induction cooking and choosing suppliers that prioritise renewable energy sources.

We offer an array of vibrant, innovative plant-based dishes, not just as an afterthought but as a core part of our menus. Reducing meat consumption is one of the most impactful ways to lower the carbon footprint of an event, and we’re thrilled by the positive feedback from our fully vegan weddings and events.
