Potato Boulangere (vegan): DELIVERY FRIDAY 22nd JANUARY


Thinly sliced potato layered with onion and slow-cooked with vegetable stock, seasoned with sea salt and pepper, pressed overnight. A great vegan alternative to dauphinois. Serves one very hungry person or two lighter portions.
