Proper mashed potato with a high butter content, sea salt pepper and nutmeg. Serves one very hungry person or two lighter portions.

Storage

Can be refrigerated until expiry date. Freeze on day of delivery for up to three months and defrost before heating

Microwave or heat in a pan until piping hot, let rest before serving. Or serve cold as a salad.
